01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the 77cb website, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms apply to all users of the 77cb platform regardless of the device or channel used to access it — including desktop browsers, mobile browsers, and the 77cb mobile app.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02Eligibility

To use 77cb you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age. There are no exceptions to this requirement.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or as a business entity.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a 77cb employee.

By registering, you warrant that you meet all of the above criteria. 77cb reserves the right to request verification of age and identity at any point. If verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, the account may be suspended until the matter is resolved.

03Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one active account on 77cb. Creating duplicate accounts is prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed. Any balance or bonus in a duplicate account will be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and truthful information. You are responsible for keeping your account details — including your username, password, and contact information — up to date. Do not share your login credentials with anyone else. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else without your permission, contact the 77cb support team immediately. 77cb will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account where the account holder failed to keep their credentials secure.

77cb may require you to verify your identity before processing withdrawals or at any point it deems necessary for security or compliance purposes. Acceptable identification includes a valid CNIC, passport or other government-issued ID. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in withdrawal holds or account closure.

04Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 77cb are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). There is no currency conversion applied. The amount you deposit in PKR is the amount credited to your account balance.

Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include:

• Raast (Instant Payment System)
• Bank Transfer
• Debit and Credit Cards
• Mobile Wallets

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Withdrawal processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest.

77cb does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. 77cb is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment processors.

Deposits made for the purpose of bonus-hunting or abuse of promotional offers may be subject to review. Withdrawals may be held pending identity verification where required.

05Bonuses and Promotions

77cb offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions, which will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion details.

General bonus rules that apply across all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses can only be claimed once per player, per promotion, unless stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash directly, or used in combination with other offers unless explicitly permitted.
• 77cb reserves the right to amend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse a bonus offer — including opening multiple accounts, using VPNs to claim regional offers, or placing low-risk combination bets to clear wagering requirements — will result in the bonus being voided and the account reviewed.

06Sports Betting Rules

The 77cb sports betting section covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and Test matches), football, Esports, and other sports as available. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed.

Key sports betting rules:

• A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed and appears in your betting history. Bets that are not confirmed due to a network error or system fault are not valid.
• In-play bets are accepted at the live odds displayed at the time of submission . 77cb reserves the right to void in-play bets if there is a clear error in the odds displayed.
• If a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific sport's rules as outlined in the individual market descriptions.
• For PSL and T20 matches, if a match is reduced in overs due to weather or other circumstances, markets that cannot be fairly settled on the revised format may be voided.
• Maximum win limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed in the bet placement interface and vary by sport and market.
• 77cb reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any player at its discretion, particularly in cases of suspected arbitrage or professional betting patterns.

All sports betting results are final once officially confirmed by the relevant governing body — for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for domestic cricket fixtures or FIFA for international football.

07Casino and Slots Rules

The 77cb casino section includes slot games, live dealer tables (Live Baccarat, Live Roulette, Live Blackjack), and other table games. All games are provided by third-party software providers and operate on certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino, real dealer tables with verified dealing procedures.

• Game outcomes are determined by RNG or real dealer actions. 77cb does not manipulate game results.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each slot or table game are set by the software provider and are available within the game information panel.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or slot spin, the round will be completed automatically based on the game's logic. The result will stand as recorded by the server.
• If a game error or malfunction occurs that produces an obviously incorrect result — for example, a slot displaying a pay table combination that is technically impossible — that round will be voided and the stake returned.
• Maximum bet limits apply in all casino games. Exceeding displayed bet limits is not permitted.

77cb may introduce new games, remove existing titles, or change game availability at any time without prior notice. The game library is subject to provider agreements.

08Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 77cb platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and a permanent ban:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a non-human way.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through a known exploit will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino games, or any other multi-player environment.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Using the platform to conduct money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the platform via VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or disassemble any part of the 77cb platform, software, or game content.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing or any corrupt activity related to sporting events covered on the platform.

If 77cb reasonably suspects prohibited conduct, it may freeze an account pending investigation without prior notice. The outcome of any investigation is final.

09Account Suspension and Closure

77cb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Reasons may include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any clause within these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (as defined in the platform's current inactivity policy).
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance associated with bonus funds, free bets, or promotional credits will be forfeited. Real-money balances that are not associated with pending disputes or investigations may be returned to the player's verified payment method at 77cb's discretion.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

10Limitation of Liability

77cb provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is reliable and functional, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events outside our control may temporarily affect availability.

To the fullest extent permitted, 77cb will not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or opportunities arising from platform downtime or technical errors.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to keep their account credentials secure.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, or banking institutions.
• Any interruption to live sports events or casino streams caused by third-party providers.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11Privacy and Data

77cb collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected during registration and verification — including your name, contact details, and identification documents — is used solely for account management, identity verification, payment processing, and fraud prevention. It is not sold to third parties.
